Now, it isn't working.

I can tell you however that this is not a MOD issue but rather an error in the server's configuration. I cannot be more specific because I am not a server expert but the MOD is not the cause of it.
For now, it seems to work just fine.
But I did not do anything ...

It should be there. Under the "misc." tab.

If it is not, it may be a compatibility issue.

It seems there is an incompatibility with the new server. When I quote someone, I get an error.
For the moment, I think I should disable all quoting. But how to do that?

I don't know if you did anything but it works ...

Short for phpBB Extended, which is a fork of phpBB 3.0.14 to run on modern php and mysql versions: https://phpbbex.com/

Sadly, it's a Russian piece of software, though it has an English version.

I checked that out right now, and no. They can not. :(
It appears that I cannot view it either. For registered users and guests, you should be able to find it under group permissions. There should be a permission that pertains to statistics there.

I want guests to be able to see those advanced statistics.
Unless there's something I'm missing, guests already can see advanced states ...

What are the facts?
Unless you're using a fork of phpBB 3.0.x like phpBBex which can come with its own set of problems, keeping such an old version involves making core changes.

ACP > Permissions > Group Permissions > Guests > Can view profiles, memberlist and online list. Set permission to "Yes" to allow them to view it.

If I set edit option for guests, then a guest would be able to edit other guests posts.
Let us try to stay on topic here guys, on the topic of spam it is worth taking a minute to digest that the administrator of this forum has disallowed guests from posting links which means there won't be any ...
